Doğan GÖKÇE

Hi, I'm Doğan GÖKÇE. With over a decade of hands-on experience in full-stack software development, cloud systems engineering, and enterprise architecture, I design and build mission-critical digital systems that prioritize high performance, data sovereignty, and intuitive user experiences.

Founder of BiHostNet & Cloud Infrastructure

As the Founder and Lead Systems Architect at BiHostNet, I oversee corporate cloud hosting, enterprise NVMe VDS clusters, and dedicated datacenter servers housed in Kapteyan Tier III facilities (Antalya / Istanbul). Our omurga infrastructure is reinforced with hardware Voxility DDoS mitigation, LiteSpeed Enterprise caching, and carrier-grade 1 GBit/s unmetered ports.

Creator of Bipanel CMS Laravel Version

Recognizing the security risks and bloatware associated with traditional proprietary CMS platforms, I developed Bipanel CMS Laravel Version. By completely decoupling the system from third-party telemetry, phone-home license servers, and restrictive vendor locks, Bipanel CMS delivers an enterprise-grade, standalone content management experience with native multi-language routing and sub-100ms server response times.
